Content Moderation Policy

The following sets forth the Content Moderation Policy and the oversight procedures that are required by Movo Media, LLC on its OnlyBabes website and platform (“OnlyBabes”) of all Creators who provide the content and communications on the OnlyBabes communications platform. These policies and procedures identify the guidelines for how OnlyBabes supervises, reviews and moderates all such content and communications provided on its platform by the Creators. These policies are critical for maintaining compliance with federal, state and local rules and regulations, for protecting the safety of both users of the platform and the Creators who provide their services, as well as for the success of the OnlyBabes brand and its business operations.

OnlyBabes as Moderator and Monitor. OnlyBabes serves the role of the Communications Service Provider (CSP”) in its operation of its public facing communication services platform. As the CSP, it is necessary and also very prudent for OnlyBabes to continuously monitor and review a Creator's content and communications that are provided on the communications routed by OnlyBabes’ platform to the Creator. In its operations, OnlyBabes employs state-of-the-art computer hardware and software programs to provide OnlyBabes with the ability to continuously monitor, review, and if necessary, to moderate a Creator's communications in real-time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Having these capabilities, OnlyBabes’ business platform maintains compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. These capabilities also allow OnlyBabes to provide feedback and direction to a Creator whenever it becomes necessary for either business, legal or internal company purposes.

Service Description. The OnlyBabes service platform is a communications service that provides users of its services the ability to interact with a Creator’s live or recorded content in a real time setting. The service offered by a Creator may be of an adult and sexual nature intended for communication between consulting adults. Users acknowledge and confirm that they have freely consented to engage with a Creator while using the OnlyBabes platform and the user agrees that they will comply with the company’s content moderation policies and procedures required for their use of the service.

Creator Compliance. A Creator is permitted onto OnlyBabes’ communications platform and have communications routed to the party. The Creator has agreed to be in compliance at all times with all of the elements in OnlyBabes’ Content Moderation Policy along with OnlyBabes’ other business policies and procedures.

Moderation Criteria. OnlyBabes has established specific criteria and ground rules for its Creators providing their services on the OnlyBabes platform. As an example of the content moderation policies required of a Creator at all times when the Creator is logged onto OnlyBabes’ communications system and is communicating with a user, the Creator must always refrain from, and is specifically prohibited by OnlyBabes from any of the following activities while they are on the OnlyBabes platform:

(i) Giving out any of their personal information, including their name, address, personal contacts, e-mails, phone numbers, or anything similar;

(ii) Giving out any personal information, including telephone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses or other personal contact information about any party, vendor or business that is affiliated with OnlyBabes’ communication platform;

(iii) Communicating with a user connected to OnlyBabes’ platform about their credit card use, or the cost of the applicable service involved in their transaction. Users must always be directed to contact OnlyBabes’ Customer Service personnel if they have any questions about charges to their credit card in connection with these services;

(iv) Soliciting a user who has connected to OnlyBabes’ platform to reach or communicate with the Creator directly or in any way other than through OnlyBabes’ platform;

(v) Giving out any information regarding or about OnlyBabes itself or our personnel, or about any other Creators who provide their services on the OnlyBabes communications platform;

(vi) Any discussion engaging in or promoting any type of illegal activity (e.g., drugs, rape, incest, minors, bestiality);

Any content that has been flagged for a violation of any of the foregoing will be removed immediately.

Monitoring Methods. OnlyBabes records and monitors its platform 24 hours a day to ensure quality assurance with the content being provided by the Creator and to maintain strict compliance with guidelines required by the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and other mandated federal, state or local rules and regulations. OnlyBabes maintains trained supervisory personnel who are in place to address issues that may arise in the course of operating its communications platform. Further, if issues arise that may require escalation to OnlyBabes supervisory personnel, or if management needs to be consulted, OnlyBabes’ monitoring personnel are able to directly reach out to OnlyBabes management to address any of these situations in real-time.

Training, Oversight and Changes. OnlyBabes’ management regularly meets with its oversight personnel to address trends and issues that may develop on its communications platform. Management will also address or respond to issues involving new business risks or developments in the operations. Changes in regulations or changes involving the technology operated by OnlyBabes on this platform may become necessary. These are all reviewed both periodically with OnlyBabes personnel or addressing these such changes go into effect. OnlyBabes management maintains continual communications with its supervisory oversight staff in order to be in compliance with such changes and to maintain and operate the OnlyBabes communications platform efficiently.
