OnlyBabes respects human rights and is committed to safeguarding that there is no types of modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business. We are committed to acting ethically and decently in all of our business relationships, including with the Users of our Service.

OnlyBabes commits to maintaining its business practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking and to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our Service.

Modern slavery is a crime and it is a violation of fundamental human rights. It may be in various forms (e.g., servitude, forced labor and human trafficking), all of which deprive a person of their liberty and exploits them for someone’s commercial gain. OnlyBabes has zero-tolerance to any instance of modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with its business.

The United States Department of Justice (see justice.gov/humantrafficking) defines Human Trafficking as the following:

“Human Trafficking is a crime involving the exploitation of a person for labor, services, or commercial sex.

-Sex trafficking is the recruitment harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age. (22 USC § 7102(11)(A)).

-Forced Labor is the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services, through the use of force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery. (22 USC § 7102(11)(B)).”

The OnlyBabes operations strictly prohibits its employees, its contractors and its agents from ever engaging in or being involved in anyway with any of the following activities:

Engaging in any form or involvement in the trafficking in persons, regardless of the persons age;

Procuring or using any forced, bonded or involuntary labor in connection with the OnlyBabes operations or the services offered through our operations;

Concealing or misleading the recruitment of individuals who may be involved with the OnlyBabes operations or in providing the service that are offered through our operations.

Human traffickers may use various forms of force, fraud and coercion to exploit victims. Simply put, the crime hinges on the exploitation of another person. It deprives a person of their liberty and it exploits the victim for someone’s commercial gain. OnlyBabes has a zero-tolerance policy to any instance of human trafficking in connection with its operations.

OnlyBabes commits to the following:

To act ethically and decently in all our business dealings and our relationships;

To implement effective policies, controls and communications with our Users to ensure modern slavery and/or human trafficking is not taking place anywhere within our business.
